Know your roots

Favorite hoodie
Front: "Know your roots"
Back: Three star (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao) and a sun (eight rays - eight major cities)

Every time I go to Filipino festivals I would see other Filipino's wearing shirts proudly showing off their heritage. Since then I've wanted one, but never really got a chance to buy one. Then when I went to the TFC Kapamilya festival I finally bought myself one.

Since it was nearing fall at that time, I decided to buy a hoodie since I can make more use out of it. Next time I'll buy a shirt.

I even had to run to catch up with the vendor since they were closing. Due to that I bought the hoodie for $50.00 instead of $60.00. Nice manong gave me a discount. *thumbs up* haha.

And every time I wear this hoodie I would get compliments mostly from people of other races sine there's not a lot of Pinoy in my area. They often ask what the back (three stars and a sun) stands for. A few of them was even encouraged to find garments that show off their heritage.

Happy Halloween...

SAVE ME!!!!!
As promised pictures from the Halloween party I attend to. I was cupid with no arrow since I couldn't find it. I look at about five Halloween stores and they didn't have it. Sheesh. Actually I was originally a referee but one of my girlfriends have that costume so I changed.
The party started at 12. Our music was so loud that police came and warn us about the noise we were making. I've been partying for the past two weeks at that area and that was the first time it happened. It may be due to the fact that it's Halloween.
Almost everyone wore a costume, except for one - such a kj lol. Some were scary, some were sexy, some were cute. Cat, clown, referee, witch, nurse, indian, prisoner, scary peoples with knives were present at the gathering.
Sadly there was no trick or treaters but it was a good since we didn't have any candies. We can't give kids alcohol, haha.

lakas ng trip...
Overall it was fun.

Third person - scariest outfit.
Make up courtesy of me. lol

let the pictures tell the story

Every time I try to start a post, I get stock and delete it. And when I try to start over again, I get frustrated and stop. So for the sake of new post (it doesn't seem like I'm abandoning my blog) I'll post pictures from my digital camera that was taken the past two weeks.

As the title say..let the pictures tell the story.
If you're a great observer you'll notice that I've been partying lately. It's done great with my social skills - meeting new people and actually starting friendship with them- but is bad for my health. Parties usually end at 6am and if I don't want to miss anything juicy I go home late, between 3am to 5am.

As always I have work the next day, either few hours after I went home or later the day, which means my sleeping hours is shorten. I get drowsy at work or sometimes in class because I have tons of homework that I can't just sleep during the weekend or I'll get behind.
Since it's a party, there's bound to be drinks. I know my limit and have never really pass out or get wasted. I also don't drink and drive, I get picked up and drop off.

And this October 31 there's going to be another party, a custome party to be exact. I already have mine. I won't tell, I'll just post pictures on my next entry.

So are you going to celebrate halloween? Do you have a custome already?
Been to any good parties lately?

p.s More pictures on my facebook and multiply account. Must be my friend to access.
